Free Shipping:

We are currently offering free shipping on purchases of $100 or more.

Shipping Couriers:

We use USPS and FedEx depending on location and weight of the items.  If you request a specific shipping courier of your choice, additional fees may occur.

Shipping Speed:

Expedited orders placed before 12 PM Pacific from Monday to Saturday will be shipped out the same day via FedEx.  All other orders will be shipped out the next business day.  All Expedited orders placed on Saturday (after 12 PM), Sunday, and otherwise noted holidays will be processed on the following business day (for example, if you place an expedited order on 9/2/2017 (Saturday) at 2 PM, it will be shipped out on 9/5/2017 (Tuesday) via FedEx Express 1-2 day shipping).

Expedited shipping normally takes 1-2 business days to arrive (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).  If you require Saturday delivery, please contact us for availability and a quote.

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 business days to arrive (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

Free standard shipping normally takes 4-7 business days arrive (Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays).

If you place an order during holiday seasons, there could be a slight delay.

We will be closed on following holidays:

Returns

Damaged Product:

If you received a damaged item, please email us immediately at formuland@gmail.com with your order number.  Please attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may help identify the damage.  We’ll send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup.  If we have the replacement in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the damaged item is received.  If the replacement is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.  Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.

A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.

Incorrect Product:

We are very sorry if a mistake was made in processing your order.  Please email us immediately at formuland@gmail.com with your order number.  Please attach a photo of the item you did receive so that we may help identify the mistake.  We’ll send you a return shipping label and schedule a courier for pickup.  If we have the correct item in stock, we’ll ship it to you once the incorrect item is received.  If the correct item is no longer available, we’ll credit your original form of payment.  Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.

A copy of your packing slip must be sent with returns.

You do not wish to be without a product – “Cross-Ship” option:

In any of the instances listed above, there may be a period of time where you are without a correct product in fine condition.  It takes time for the items to ship back to Formuland Inc. and then it takes more time for the item to ship back to you.  In order to make sure you are not left without product, you may place a new order for the replacement item by emailing formuland@gmail.com.  We will charge you for the order and will ship it with expedited shipping for free.  When Formuland Inc. receives the returned products, the charge for the original order will be refunded to your original form of payment.  This option ensures the fastest turnaround for any of the replacement options listed above.

Return Policy:

For any other returns, please email formuland@gmail.com with your order number.  In order to keep freshness of our products, our policy lasts 15 days.  If 15 days have gone by since your delivery day, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging from Formuland Inc. (items that are not from our store won’t be given any refund or exchange).

Shipping fee is non-refundable.  If your order included free shipping, our cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.  Please allow 72 hours for the credit to appear on your statement.

2 Methods for Returns:

  • Hassle Free Returns: Pre-Paid Return Shipping
    1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and components. All products must be unopened / unused to ensure proper credit.
    2. Affix the pre-paid label to the package. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    3. Send your package via US Mail by giving it to your postal carrier or dropping it at a local post office or mail drop point. You may also ask us to schedule a pickup.
    4. No postage is required. Shipping rate shown on your pre-paid label will be deducted from your refund. You will not be charged postage until the return is processed.
  • Standard Returns: Your Choice of Shipping Method
    1. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please include all paperwork and components. All products must be unopened / unused to ensure proper credit.
    2. Before sending your return shipment, please remove all extra labels from the outside of the package.
    3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
    4. For your protection, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping service. Save the shipping receipt with the order tracking number for your records. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
    5. To expedite your return, please include the original packing slip.
    6. Please email us for a return address.
